The preliminary phase:
The project
managers work together with the company in order to improve their understanding
of the strategy and the given issue. On this base, all our networks and information
sources are used to find out what interlocutors it will be relevant to meet on the
field. If necessary, an extra formation of the project managers takes place.
Before the departure, a precise schedule of meeting is fixed and given to the
company.
The field phase:
The project
managers go to the chosen country. The length of this phase is determined in
close cooperation with the company. On site, they meet the key speakers of the sector and try to obtain the other information
thanks to the different domestic agencies. At this stage, the project managers
take advantage of their position as students
to obtain information more easily, as well as networks of alumni from the Parisian business schools. This phase enables us to
confront the first conclusions pulled in the preliminary phase with the real
market. This is the guarantee for an impartial, exhaustive and qualitative
study.
The synthesis:
From the
previous phases, the project managers analyze all the information collected to
express their recommendations. The results of the study form a complete report and
an oral presentation.
